Having worked in Turkish Science and Technology Research Foundation for four years, founders Özgür Deniz Önür and Yağız Yaşaroğlu have technical and academic backgrounds in semantic video processing, retrieval and transmission related topics. They are pursuing PhD. degrees in Middle East Technical University on video summarization and video adaptation for mobile devices. Through Mobilus, the partners aim to capitalize their past experience and future work.
Ekin Dino has joined the Mobilus team in February 2007. He had previously worked in TÜBİTAK Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Elektronik Enstitüsü and Ekodenge. He is a valuable addition to Mobilus, bringing experience in web development and European Union projects. Ekin has a M.Sc. degree from Middle East Technical University Industrial Design department.
